Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

If your return is accepted:

  • We’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved quickly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • The fastest way is to return the original item and, once accepted, place a new order.
  • Exchanges will be delivered within 7 days of return approval.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Important: The customer will not receive the refund amount directly in their bank account. Refunds are processed via store credits, wallet balance, or coupon codes, depending on platform policy.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.


Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 4–8 business days from the date of order/payment or as per the confirmed delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID.

Note: Any shipping charges applied during purchase are non-refundable.
